Stepper motors are usually defined with step angle or step number parameters. Generally, one revolution of the motor is divided into 200 steps, that is, the step angle is 1.8 degrees. EasyDriver has the step distance subdivision function, which is the subdivision of this driver board. It is 8 subdivision, that is, each step of the motor is subdivided into 8 small steps, so that more precise control can be obtained, which means that EasyDriver needs 1600 steps to complete a complete 360-degree rotation.
ms1 and ms2 are the logic input ports for stepping motor subdivision resolution selection;
dir is the selection port of the motor rotation direction;
reset is used to reset the initial value of the chip and shield all external outputs;
step is the pulse input port;
out1a, out1b, out2a, and out2b are two pairs of output ports of the h bridge;
enable is the enable terminal;
sleep is the sleep mode;
sense1 and sense2 are the current detection resistors of the h bridge;
ref is the reference voltage;
gnd is logic ground and power ground;
rc1 and rc2 are analog inputs for the h-bridge fixed cut-off time.
a3967slb is a special driver for pwm constant current control micro stepping two-phase stepping motor produced by allegro company in the United States. Its working voltage can reach 30v, and the drive current can reach 750ma. One a3967slb can drive a two-phase stepper motor, which can realize 8 subdivision drive. The pwm current control circuit inside the chip can be set to three current decay modes: slow, fast, and mixed by the voltage applied to the pfd. If the voltage at the pfd end is higher than 0.6vdd, the slow decay mode is selected. If it is lower than 0.21vdd, select fast decay mode. In between is the mixed decay mode. In addition, a3967slb can also provide complete protection measures, including suppression of transient voltage, overheating protection, prevention of current through, under-voltage self-locking and other functions.
There is no need to add other interface circuits between a3967slb and the microprocessor, the chip adopts easystepper
The interface reduces the 8 control lines by 2 (step length and direction). As long as the pulse for controlling the stepper motor is simply input, the built-in converter can realize the control of the stepper motor.

2. Product overview
WTV020 external SD card voice module, the main control chip selects WTV020-16S and WTV020-20S packaged chips. The voice content update is directly replaced on the PC through the SD card reader. The control method is also changed in a TXT file stored in the SD card. The module supports the FAT file system. Support WAV and ADPCM file playback. Support two-wire serial port control mode, button mode and UART232 serial port mode. Can automatically recognize the voice sampling rate and voice file format.
Description:The WTV020SD is a small, simple IC for embedding audio-playback into your next project. These devices are commonly used in children's toys and "talking" retail displays. This breakout board allows you to access the functionality of the WTV020SD to give a voice to your next project.
The breakout board includes a battery connector and a micro-SD card slot. Simply load your audio files onto a micro-SD card and plug it in, power up the module and trigger the playback. Playback can be triggered in either key or serial mode :
The key-mode provides a stand alone operation where a host micro is not required. With only 3 push buttons, a 3V battery and a speaker, an extremely compact and low component count MP3-Player like system can be implemented.
The serial-mode provides a simple, 2-wire interface to any micro-controller via its DATA and CLK lines. Audio operations such as PLAY, PAUSE, STOP and VOLUME control functions are all available to the host micro via simple serial commands.
The audio compression used in this module is a little strange (4-bit ADPCM @ 6-32kHz) so you'll need to download the utility in the documents below in order to convert your .WAV files into the 4-bit ADPCM format required .
