HTU31D is a digital communication module. This relative humidity sensor is surface mounted and can also provide temperature output. The sensor provides fast response, high precision measurement and low hysteresis even in extreme temperature and humidity conditions. The sensor operates in the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, with typical temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C. In addition, it can measure relative humidity from 0 to 100% with a resolution of 0.01 and an accuracy of ±2% .
The HTU31 sensor can operate in the voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V, and can maintain A operating current of only 450 A, or as low as 0.05 A in sleep mode. The sensor complys with AEC Q100 Grade 1 in a compact 6-pin DFN package and is 2.5 mm by 2.5 mm by 0.9 mm in size. In addition to operating in harsh environments, the sensor is also suitable for HVAC, home appliances, respiratory equipment and environmental monitoring solutions.
