1: The diffused MOS tube is adopted.
2: When the output current is expanded to the rated 1a, it can output 1.5A. The Schottky diode of 2a is used to recharge the balance.
3: The circuit design does not need electrolytic capacitor and tantalum capacitor (the service life of electrolytic capacitor is short, and tantalum capacitor is in danger of explosion). Three ceramic capacitors are used in high-end circuits.
The ripple is very low, only tens of millivolts. Many of the ripple in the same industry have reached 500 millivolts, which will cause invisible damage to the equipment and seriously lead to abnormal operation or damage of the equipment.
