Note: This product is a simple voltage controller, which can turn on and off the output through the relay. It only functions as a switch, not a voltage transformer.
Function Description:
1. Calculation of voltage percentage: battery voltage / (upper limit voltage - lower limit voltage)
2. Key function:
Up button: short press to switch display% and time, long press for 5 seconds to switch mode, charging mode: in, discharging mode: out
Set button: short press to view the currently set parameters; long press set button to enter the parameter setting interface, setting up: upper voltage limit, DN: lower voltage limit, Op: conduction time, DOP: delayed conduction time (0-999 seconds), FOP: forced conduction time (0-10 seconds) in discharge mode
Down button: short press the close / open relay enable (emergency stop function) to close, the LCD displays off, and the relay is disconnected
Long press the down button to set the LCD backlight status. L-P: off backlight is always on, on: backlight automatically goes out after 5-10 minutes; after it goes out, press any button to wake up.
3. Parameter setting
a. Press and hold the set key to enter the parameter setting interface;
b. After entering the parameter setting interface, short press the set key to switch the set parameters;
c. After the parameters are selected, they can be set by up / down key. Short press and long press are supported;
d. If you want to set other parameters, repeat steps b) and C);
e. After all parameters are set, long press set key to exit and save
3.1 charging / discharging time control function
When the time parameter OP is set to be non-zero, the charging / discharging time control is started; when the relay is on for a charging / discharging, the timing is started; when the timing is completed, the relay is automatically disconnected to complete a charging / discharging process; if the timing is completed, the detection voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage DN in charging mode or higher than the upper limit voltage up in discharging mode, Automatically turn off the charging time control function, and flash H: Er to remind the user that the time parameter setting is unreasonable; press any key to stop flashing;
When the charging / discharging time control is not turned on, the product will record a complete time. When it enters the time display interface, the charging time will flash; when it exits the time display interface or the next charging is turned on (the relay is on), it will be cleared;
3.2 automatic parameter detection:
When the parameters are set and exit, if the lower limit of voltage DN ≥ the upper limit of voltage up, the system will flash "err" to remind;
3.3 delay conduction function DOP (0 ~ 999 seconds)
The interval time between the completion of a charge / discharge and the re opening;
3.4 forced starting time FOP (0 ~ 10s) of discharge conduction:
After meeting the relay conduction conditions, the relay is forced to turn on (0 ~ 10s), and the battery voltage is detected again. This function is mainly aimed at the discharge function. Some test loads will pull down to the lower limit voltage at the moment of conduction, which causes the relay to disconnect by mistake, and the normal discharge process cannot be carried out;
