Charging mode IN
By setting the upper voltage UP and the lower voltage DN; When the battery voltage is less than or equal to the lower limit voltage DN, the relay is on, and the charger starts to charge the battery. When the battery voltage ≥ upper voltage UP, the relay is disconnected to complete an automatic charging; When the relay is on and IN flashes, it means charging.
Discharge mode OUT
By setting the upper voltage UP and the lower voltage DN; When the battery voltage ≥ upper voltage UP, the relay turns on and begins to discharge; When the battery voltage is less than or equal to the lower limit voltage DN, the relay is disconnected and the automatic discharge function is completed. When the relay is on and OUT blinks, it indicates that it is discharging.
Note: this product is a simple voltage controller, which can turn on and off the output through the relay. It only plays a switching role, and cannot change the voltage.
Function Description:
1. Calculation of voltage percentage: battery voltage/(upper voltage - lower voltage)
2. Key functions:
UP button: short press to switch display % and time, long press for 5 seconds to switch mode, charging mode: IN, discharge mode: OUT
SET button: press to view the current SET parameters; Long press the SET button to enter the parameter setting interface, and SET UP: voltage upper limit, DN: voltage lower limit, OP: on-time, dOP: delayed on-time (0-999 seconds), FOP: strong on-time guidance (0-10 seconds) in discharge mode.
DOWN button: press to turn OFF/on the relay enable (emergency stop function) After closing, the LCD displays OFF and the relay is disconnected
Long press DOWN button to set the status of LCD backlight L-P:OFF Backlight steady ON, ON: backlight in 5-10 minutes after automatic extinguish; After off, press any button to wake up.
3. Set parameters
A. Hold down the SET key to go to the parameter setting screen.
B. On the parameter setting screen, press the SET key to switch the parameters.
C. After selecting parameters, you can press the UP/DOWN key to set parameters. You can press or hold DOWN the key.
D. Repeat steps b) and c) to set other parameters.
E. After all parameters are SET, hold down the SET key to exit and save the Settings.
3.1 Charge/discharge time control function
When the time parameter OP is set to non-zero, start the charge/discharge time control; When the relay turns on a charge/discharge, start timing; When the timing is completed, the relay is automatically disconnected to complete a charging/discharging process; If the timing is completed, in charging mode, the detection voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage DN or in discharge mode, the detection voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage UP, the charging time control function is automatically closed, and the flashing display H:ER reminds the user that the time parameter setting is not reasonable; Press any key to stop flashing;
When the charge/discharge time control is not enabled, the product will record a complete time. When entering the time display interface, the charging time will flash. Exit the time display interface or clear it when the next charging is on (relay is on);
3.2 Automatic parameter detection:
When the parameters are set and you exit, if the lower voltage dn is greater than or equal to the upper voltage UP, the system displays ERR to remind you.
3.3 dOP of delayed turn-on function (0~999 seconds):
The interval between charging/discharging and re-opening;
3.4 Forced start time FOP(0-10s):
After the relay conduction condition is met, the relay is strongly guided (0~10S), and the battery voltage is detected again. This function is mainly aimed at the discharge function, some test load in the on-off moment, will instantly pull down to the lower limit voltage, triggering the relay disconnect, can not carry out the normal discharge process;
