Product introduction
The 3-channel IRF540NS high-current MOSFET module uses 3-channel MOSFet switches for low-current control of high-current, similar to relay components. Can be used to drive steering gear, high current LED lights and so on.
When used, we input voltage less than 40V in VIN GND, V voltage on the module is equal to VIN voltage. We control whether the nA-NB-NC-3 terminals are grounded by controlling the high and low level of INA INB INC terminal. When the INA INB INC terminal is of high power, the NA-NB-NC-3 terminals are GND, D1, D2, D3, and 3 LEDS are on. When the NA NB NC terminal is at low power, the NA-NB-NC-3 terminals are suspended, and the D1, D2, D3 leds are off.
About use: it can be used instead of relay. Relay is an automatic switching component with isolation function, widely used in remote control, telemetry, communication, automatic control, mechatronics and power electronic equipment.
Special note: this module only supports 5V microcontroller, not 3.3V microcontroller. If connected to 3.3V microcontroller, it can not work.
