matters needing attention:
1. Be sure to connect the line before power on. If the line is not connected properly, the poor contact of the horn line during playback will lead to the damage of the power amplifier chip. The power amplifier chip will breakdown due to poor voltage contact.
2. Try not to exceed 60cm of horn cable. If the length exceeds 60cm, be sure to use professional audio cable.
3. When the board is powered on, hands cannot touch the circuit of the power amplifier board. The human body will cause the board to work abnormally and damage the power amplifier chip.
4. Try to avoid touching the board with static electricity, which will seriously damage the board.
5. The input audio cable must be shielded. Do not replace it with a long wire. The exposed wires in the space will sense the space electromagnetic wave. After the power amplifier is amplified, various interference sounds will appear on the horn.
6.11v-18v cannot be supplied directly. VCC and GND lines cannot be switched or have poor contact, otherwise the power on board chip will smoke. Solution: String NTC resistor in VCC pin (contact us to buy). Or use the switching power supply to supply power (suppress the problem of startup surge), and the line shall be firmly welded with soldering iron. The power cord must have used 1.8A thick wire.
7. The input volume must be reasonable. The input volume is too high, which leads to the input saturation of the power amplifier - the power amplifier does not work normally, and the power amplifier chip is damaged instantly when it exceeds the amplification capacity of the power amplifier. The input volume is too small, resulting in the amplification not reaching the output power of the power amplifier itself.
8. When the input volume is turned on, the horn is seriously broken. Connect 1K resistor in series on the in input pin to realize series voltage division with the input 1K resistor of the power amplifier board, and the volume immediately becomes 50% and half of the volume. Select the resistor in series reasonably to prevent the speaker from breaking and distortion when the volume of the power amplifier board is low.
