Introduction to the circuit principle: U1: CD4060 is a 14-level two frequency counter with an oscillator,R14, R15, RP1, C1 and U1 pin 9, 10, 11 circuits constitute an oscillator, the oscillation frequency can be adjusted by RP1. When the power starts, the timing clock generator is reset by the capacitor of U1-12 pin, and all output stages are at low potential. As the oscillator oscillates, q4-Q14 of the output end U1 is output in binary form, and the three groups of leds are also on and off with the change of the high and low levels of the output end. When the output of a certain end is high, the corresponding group of leds is off, and when the output is low, the corresponding group of leds is on. Triode Q1, Q2, Q3 play a driving role, D1, D2, D3 play a cyclic reset role. Q5, Q6 and Q7 of U1 are reset at high current level.
