The motherboard can be fixed in the original machine case with one or two screws. Use the heating coil disk, fan, and temperature sensing tube of the original machine (the heating coil disk has two temperature-sensing tube plug wires, only one in the middle), and the power cable is connected to the outer casing. Note that the fan has positive and negative polarity. If it is not inserted, it can be reversed.
Note: If intermittent heating is a problem with the height of the coil and the thickness of the plate, you can use the wire tray.
Note: All induction cooker plates are hot. After the whole plate is energized, all the besides the handles are charged. The large heatsink can't be touched by hand. It is guided by professional maintenance personnel! ! The 220V AC must be cut off during installation. We are not responsible for any personal injury caused by random touch after power-on! !

Ten automatic protection detection functions:

4. Overheating: When the temperature of the main component IGBT thermistor exceeds the set value (110 °C positive 5 °C minus 20 °C), it has overheat protection function to prevent the damage of parts due to high temperature and prolong the life of the machine.
5. Timeout: In the heating process, if there is no receiving instruction for more than 2 hours, the Anmei induction cooker will automatically stop to prevent the danger caused by the user leaving too long, and the risk factor will be greatly reduced.
6, over temperature: prevent dry burning, empty burning. There is no water in the pot, and there is dry burning and empty burning.
7. When the temperature exceeds the maximum protection temperature of 290 degrees, automatic shutdown protection is carried out to effectively prevent safety accidents. Delayed heat dissipation protection: After the shutdown, the fan delays for 15 seconds. If the main temperature is <80 °C after 15 seconds, the fan will stop rotating immediately, otherwise it will continue to rotate.
8. Overcurrent protection: When the load current of the circuit is too large, the circuit is protected to prevent damage to the induction cooker circuit system due to excessive current.
9. No pot detection: After removing the pot in the heating process or not turning on the pot, the induction buzzer sounds an alarm. The induction cooker is automatically turned off after 30 seconds.
10, small object detection: the pot is too small, such as knives, small forks, caps and other ferromagnetic objects, 30 after the induction cooker has automatic shutdown protection.
