Description
When you give high level for the pin of the module, the electromagnet can suck magnetically conductive object. Otherwise it will release the object.
An electromagnet is a type of magnet in which the magnetic field is produced by electric current. An electric current flowing in a wire creates a magnetic field around the wire, due to Ampere's law.
To concentrate the magnetic field, in an electromagnet the wire is wound into a coil with many turns of wire lying side by side. The magnetic field of all the turns of wire passes through the center of the coil, creating a strong magnetic field there.
It is easy to use, to learn electromagnet principle.
Note: If something needs to be attract by an electromagnet, the thing is a material that can be magnetized, please know.
The electromagnet must meet the following conditions in use to achieve maximum attraction:
1. Suction object must be a material with good magnetic permeability.
2. The surface of the sucked object must be flat and clean。
3. The contact area between the sucked object and the electromagnet must be greater than or equal to the maximum outer diameter of the electromagnet.
4. The thickness of the suction object must be greater than 8mm, otherwise the suction force will be reduced.
5. Do not place anything between the sucked object and the electromagnet.
6. Use the correct power and voltage.
