MLX90621 is a fully calibrated 16x4 pixel infrared array. It contains 2 chips in one package: MLX90670 (infrared array with signal conditioning electronics) and 24AA02 (256x8EEPROM) chips.
MLX90621 contains 64 infrared pixels, a dedicated low-noise chopper-stabilized amplifier, and a fast integrated ADC, and integrates a PTAT (proportional to absolute temperature) sensor to measure the ambient temperature of the chip. The output of the infrared and PTAT sensors is stored in the internal RAM and accessed through 120.
