The board uses ADI ADR03 as voltage reference,ADR03 features are as follows:

Less than the 3ppm/℃ temperature coefficient,which determines the
effect of temperature changes on the ADC data collection,3ppm/that is
one degree of change can cause voltage reference three out of 10,000
changes,so there is a high quality voltage reference is so important.

Less than ± 0.1% initialization accuracy error is the output voltage
and the reference value,it determines a number of product consistency.

Noise less than 10uVp-p,the noise voltage reference output will also
directly affect the accuracy of the ADC,the noise is within 0.1Hz to
10Hz,added 0.1-10Hz after a low pass filter effectively reduces
low-frequency noise,the following figure:

9.Added GND,2.5V,3.3V,test points,and make it easier to debug the circuit.
