Description:
This is a neat and very useful solution for using a VGA display/monitor with your Raspberry Pi and a lot cheaper than an HDMI to VGA adapter or something similar. VGA connections are driven natively in hardware via the GPIO pins (using a parallel interface) and use the same CPU load as the HDMI connections on the board. It is capable of displaying 1080p60 VGA video without a CPU load. It is also possible to push this interface at the same time as an HDMI connection, so dual screen setups are also possible.
Please note. This add board uses all but 6 GPIO pins so it may not be possible to use another add board at the same time as the VGA adapter.
Note: Raspberry Pi motherboard is not included.

How to use it
Edit the /boot/curig.txt file with vim. Small or any other editor. And modify as follows:
