Installation Steps:
1. Side handle mounting - Rotate the handle to change the tension of the wire wheel to adjust the tension
2. Install the lead wire - loosen the handle. The case is slightly opened, the lead wire is aligned with the wire guide on the corresponding wire wheel, the handle is tightened, and the lead wire is clamped.
3. Front-end conduit installation - the conduit must be horizontally positioned with the conduit
4. Thread plate installation - The two nuts are interlocked and tightened, and the reel is free to rotate(Note: spring leads do not require a reel)
5. Rear-end conduit installation - need to be level with the position of the conduit on the corresponding wire wheel
6. Battery Installation - Be sure to check if the battery clip is tight.
7. Threading operation:
a. Put the lever to the threading state, insert the conduit into the conduit, and press the switch to thread the thread. (When threading, the handle should not be tightened too tightly. It can be fed into the lead. Too tight will result in faster wear of the damage and wasting electricity; the threading speed should not be too fast, too fast will affect the cornering effect)
b. Turn the lever to the pull state, turn the handle clockwise, adjust the appropriate tension, and press the switch to pull the lead. (When pulling the cable, the handle should not be tightened too tightly, it can be fed into the lead, too tight will cause damage. The wear and tear of the parts is accelerated and the electricity is wasted, which may even cause damage to the cabinet and affect the service life of the machine.
