The Correct Way To Install The Collet Nut:
1.Put the chuck into the pressure cap, and gently turn the clamping spring. When the pressure is eccentric, the groove on the cover is a clamping spring groove. Push the clamp spring in the direction of the arrow and use equal force to install the pressure cover.
2.Install the clamping spring and cover on the chuck body or spindle together. After inserting and clamping after wiping the cylindrical handle, use a wrench to tighten the pressure cap until the tool is firmly clamped before use.
(Caution: Avoid tightening the pressure cap of the unmounted tool to avoid damaging the clamping spring)
3.Use a wrench to loosen the pressure cover, remove the chuck or tool, and remove the tool. Push out the clamping spring in the direction of the direction arrow. Then replace other clamping springs as needed.
