The correct way to install the collet nut:
1.Put the chuck into the pressure cap, and gently rotate the clamping spring, when the pressure is off-center
The groove on the cover is a clamping spring groove. Push the clamp spring with equal force in the direction of the arrow to install the pressure cover.
2.Install the clamping spring and cover together on the chuck body or spindle.
Insert the clamp after wiping the cylindrical handle, and tighten the pressure cap with a wrench until the tool is firmly clamped before use.
(Note: Avoid tightening the pressure cap without tools installed to avoid damage to the clamping spring)
3.Use a wrench to loosen the pressure cap, take out the chuck or tool, and remove the tool.
Push out the clamping spring in the direction of the direction arrow. Then replace other clamping springs as needed.
