The Correct Way To Install The Collet Nut:
1.Put the chuck into the pressure cap, and when the eccentric part of the pressure cap is recessed into the clamp spring groove, gently rotate the clamp spring. Push the clamp spring in the direction of the arrow and use equal force to install the pressure cap.
2. Install the clamping spring and cap on the chuck body or the main shaft. After wiping the cylindrical handle, insert it into the clamping hole, and use a wrench to tighten the pressure cover until the tool is firmly clamped.
(Caution: Avoid tightening the pressure cap of the unmounted tool to avoid damaging the clamping spring)
3. Use a wrench to loosen the pressure cover, remove the chuck or tool, and then remove the tool. Push out the clamping spring in the direction of the arrow. Then replace other clamping springs as needed.
