Description
Stepper motors are usually defined with step angle or step number parameters. Generally, one revolution of the motor is divided into 200 steps, that is, the step angle is 1.8 degrees. EasyDriver has the step distance subdivision function, which is the subdivision of this driver board. It is 8 subdivision, that is, each step of the motor is subdivided into 8 small steps, so that more precise control can be obtained, which means that EasyDriver needs 1600 steps to complete a complete 360-degree rotation.
ms1 and ms2 are the logic input ports for stepping motor subdivision resolution selection;
dir is the selection port of the motor rotation direction;
reset is used to reset the initial value of the chip and shield all external outputs;
step is the pulse input port;
out1a, out1b, out2a, and out2b are two pairs of output ports of the h bridge;
enable is the enable terminal;
sleep is the sleep mode;
sense1 and sense2 are the current detection resistors of the h bridge;
ref is the reference voltage;
gnd is logic ground and power ground;
rc1 and rc2 are analog inputs for the h-bridge fixed cut-off time.

Its working voltage can reach 30v, and the drive current can reach 750ma. One a3967slb can drive a two-phase stepper motor, which can realize 8 subdivision drive. The pwm current control circuit inside the chip can be set to three current decay modes: slow, fast, and mixed by the voltage applied to the pfd. If the voltage at the pfd end is higher than 0.6vdd, the slow decay mode is selected. If it is lower than 0.21vdd, select fast decay mode. In between is the mixed decay mode. In addition, a3967slb can also provide complete protection measures, including suppression of transient voltage, overheating protection, prevention of current through, under-voltage self-locking and other functions.
There is no need to add other interface circuits between a3967slb and the microprocessor, the chip adopts easystepper
