HOOD1969 is one of the most popular power amplifier circuits in history, designed by the famous British
Package Contentphilist J.Hood in 1969.
Combined with T-oshiba 5200 tube, sound superior.
It is recommended to supply 12-30V single power supply. The circuit is symmetrical and independent design. There are two sets of power output interfaces, which can be directly connected in parallel.
Use 5-ring copper foot resistor, coupling capacitor is WIMA, output capacitor is chemical brown 50V3300UF, use Nikko, a variety of fever capacitors.
You can use Toshiba 5200 big pipe, the power is much more abundant.
Symmetrical design, independent 2 channels for easy debugging.
The output capacitor uses 3300 UF of Japan Chemical, which is full of energy.
