RF Microwave True Power Detector AM Detector Amplitude Detector 0.1-2.5Ghz
AD8361 is an average response power detector suitable for high frequency receiver and transmitter signal chains up to 2.5 GHz. The device is very simple to use. In most applications, it only needs a single power supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, power supply decoupling capacitors, and input coupling capacitors to work. The output is a linear response DC voltage, and the conversion gain is 7.5 V/V rms value. An external filter capacitor can be added to increase the average time constant.
AD8361 is mainly used for true power measurement of simple and complex waveforms, and is particularly suitable for measuring high crest factor (high peak-to-root mean square ratio) signals, such as CDMA and W-CDMA.
AD8361 has three operating modes and supports multiple analog-to-digital converter requirements: 1. Reference voltage source grounding mode, the source is zero. 2. The internal reference voltage source mode can bias the output to 350 mV above the ground level. 3. Provide a reference voltage source mode, which can bias the output to VS/7.5.
Technical indicators:
1. Calibrated root mean square response
2. Excellent temperature stability
3. The input range is up to 30 dB (2.5 GHz)
Name: Radio Frequency Detector
Maximum input: 700 mV rms, 10 dBm (50 ohm resistance)
/-0.25 dB linear response (to 2.5 GHz)
Single-supply operation: 2.7 V to 5.5 V
Low power consumption: 3.3 mW (3 V)
Fast shutdown mode: 1 μA or less
colour:Green
Material:PCB
Package Contents:
1 x Detector
Only the above package content, other products are not included.
Note: Light shooting and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing. The measurement allowed error is /- 1-3cm.
