UPD005: bring TYPE-C base (support E-Marker line).

Note: Because this yellow TYPE-C wire CC1 CC2 is connected, if the series table is used, CC1 CC2 of the charging head will be pulled down at the same time, so that the charging head can not work in the debugging mode. Therefore, it is recommended to cut the wire and use only one CC.
