HTU31D is a digital communication module. This relative humidity sensor is surface-mounted and can also provide temperature output. The sensor can provide fast response, high precision measurement and low hysteresis even in extreme temperature and humidity environments. The sensor can work in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with a typical temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C. In addition, it can measure relative humidity from 0 to 100% with a resolution of 0.01 and an accuracy of ±2% .
The HTU31 sensor can work in a voltage range of 3.3 V to 5.5 V and can maintain an operating current of only 450 µA, which is as low as 0.05 µA in sleep mode. This sensor complies with AEC Q100 Grade 1 standard and adopts a compact 6-pin DFN package with a size of 2.5 mm × 2.5 mm × 0.9 mm. In addition to normal operation in harsh environments, this sensor is also suitable for applications such as HVAC, home appliances, respiratory equipment, and environmental monitoring solutions.
